The Philips Actinic BL 15W Secura is the replacement UV-A tube for Verminator Adhify and Infinity insect light traps. It has a rated lifespan of 11,000 hours, equivalent to up to 14 months of continuous 24-hour use, making it one of the longest-lasting UV-A tubes available.

The “Secura” name refers to its shatterproof sleeve, which keeps all glass and components together in the event of accidental breakage. This prevents glass splinters from falling onto food preparation surfaces, which is why it meets HACCP requirements for use in food facilities. It also has the lowest mercury content in its category and is 100% lead-free.

The spectrum is optimised to match the peak visual sensitivity of house flies, making it more effective at attracting insects than general-purpose UV tubes.

Technical Specifications
