Refunds and Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or refund.
Return Process

Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@verminatorproducts.com within 07 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return. Items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hazardous materials. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
